Information candidates may provide
When the online application service is introduced, candidates may provide contact details, CV information, work history, qualifications, region preferences and information relevant to a vacancy.
Applications and communications
Application information may be used to assess suitability, communicate about vacancies and manage recruitment discussions. Candidates should not email passports, bank details or other high-risk documents unless a later agreed process specifically requests them through an appropriate secure route.
Sharing
Information may be accessed by authorised Crestwood Care staff and relevant service providers. Potential sharing with prospective employers would take place only where appropriate and lawful, and in the context of a relevant recruitment process.
Retention, security and rights
Information will be retained only for as long as appropriate for the relevant recruitment purpose or legal requirements. Appropriate organisational and technical measures will be considered. Candidates may have rights over their personal information, including access, correction and objection, subject to applicable law.
